Actor Femi Adebayo’s epic Netflix Original Yoruba film, ‘Jagun Jagun,’ has bagged twelve nominations for the 2024 Best of Nollywood Awards (BON).
The nominated categories include Best Indigenous Film, Best Supporting Actor, Director of the Year, Best Use of Makeup, Best Cinematography, Best Costume, Best Actor, Best Sound, Best Soundtrack, Best Production Design, Best Special Effects, and Best Actress.
In response to the news, the thrilled actor shared his excitement in a viral post on his X account on Saturday, celebrating the film’s remarkable achievement.
Wow, everyone! We’ve done it again! I’m thrilled to announce that JAGUN JAGUN – THE WARRIOR (a Netflix Original Movie) has received twelve (12) nominations for the 2024 BON Awards.”
This news follows shortly after ‘Jagun Jagun’, which premiered in 2023, secured seven nominations at the 2024 Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA).
