Liverpool star Mohamed Salah said that his team could have defeated Manchester United 6-0.
The Egyptian forward made the remark while reflecting on Liverpool’s 3-0 Premier League victory over Manchester United at Old Trafford on Sunday.
According to a report, Salah scored a goal and Luis Diaz netted twice, securing all three points for Arne Slot’s team against the home side.
After the match, Salah expressed his surprise at the result.
“An easy game? I was surprised. It was quite open. Honestly, it could have ended 5 or 6,” Salah was quoted as saying by Fabrizio Romano.
