Nollywood actress and media personality, Toke Makinwa, disclosed that singer D’banj is the only Nigerian man who has ever given her “free money.”
In a trending video with the singer, Makinwa recounted how the ‘Koko Master’ fulfilled his promise by sending her N10 million the day after pledging the amount at her book launch.
She said that D’banj never requested anything in return for his generosity.
“D’banj promised 10 million Naira at my book launch and sent it by 8:00 am the next morning. He never asked for anything in exchange. He’s the only Nigerian man who has given me free money,” she mentioned.
The actress mentioned that, unlike D’banj, many Nigerian men usually ask her out on dates after doing similar favors.
