Engr. Shehu Ahmad, the Executive Secretary of the Federal Capital Development Authority (FCDA), has been indefinitely suspended.
In a statement on Thursday, Lere Olayinka, Senior Special Assistant on Public Communications and New Media to the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, announced that Ahmad’s suspension is effective immediately.
The statement also directed Ahmad to transfer his duties to the Director of Engineering Services in the FCDA.
The reason for Ahmad’s suspension wasn’t made known to the public, said Olayinka.
