Doyin David, a previous housemate on the “All Stars” version of Big Brother Naija (BBN), has given an explanation for why she is perhaps the most detached Nigerian.

Doyin stated that she had no idea how much anything costs in Nigeria while discussing her opinions on the nation’s growing cost of living.

During an interview on his podcast, media personality Olufemi Daniel revealed that the reality show star is unaware of the current events in the nation.

She said: “I am the most detached Nigerian you can ever meet. I don’t even know what is happening. I don’t know the price of anything. I don’t go to the market. I send my chef, and they don’t tell me what the price is.

” l hear there’s hardship in the country, and I sympathize with Nigerians. I’m sure that it’s tough. I know because wigs are more expensive. Makeup, nails, cars, houses—everything is more expensive. Those things I know. But I’m not really into tomatoes. I’m sure food is expensive.”
