The Daily Mail reports that Harris included a warning for the president-elect, offering advice even as she congratulated him.
According to a senior aide, Harris emphasized the importance of a peaceful transfer of power and the need to serve as a president for all Americans.
Harris is anticipated to address the nation from Howard University later today to formally concede.
The White House has also confirmed that President Joe Biden has called both candidates.
Biden has also invited Trump to meet with him, emphasizing him “the importance of working to bring the country together.”
