First Owat Group of Companies General Manager, Mr. Samuel Oluwatobiloba Oyatoye, announced that the company is set to launch a new feed mill factory in Lagos, Nigeria. Named Greenfeed, the factory will initially focus on producing fish and pig feed before expanding to other products.
The primary goal of the factory is to enhance Nigeria’s agricultural system by providing adequate and high-quality feed for farmers. In his speech, Mr. Oyatoye emphasized the factory’s readiness, stating, “The factory is 100% ready, and our products will be distributed to all states in Nigeria.”
This initiative aims to support local farmers, boost agricultural productivity, and contribute to the overall growth of Nigeria’s agricultural sector. The launch of Greenfeed represents a significant step forward in ensuring sustainable agricultural practices and food security in the country.
