Rappers Quavo and Megan Thee Stallion have added their names to the growing list of celebrities endorsing the United States Vice President and Democratic Party presidential nominee Kamala Harris for President.
The duo appeared at Harris’ rally in Atlanta on Tuesday.
Megan excited the crowd with a performance of her song “Savage,” while Quavo gave a speech.
During her performance, Megan addressed the crowd, saying, “My ladies, if you want to continue embracing your body, you know who to vote for,” referencing Harris’ support for abortion rights.
Quavo expressed confidence in Harris during his speech, stating that he believed she would enhance laws concerning gun violence prevention, emphasizing that she was reliable by saying,
“One thing I’ve come to know about Vice President Harris is that she consistently prioritizes important matters.”
In November, Kamala Harris will be competing against former President Donald Trump of the Republican Party in what is expected to be one of America’s most intense elections in recent years.
Harris was chosen as the Democratic Party’s nominee after President Joe Biden, citing health issues, stepped down and endorsed her for the position.
