Hector David Jr., a former Power Rangers actor, was sentenced to 180 days in jail for assaulting an elderly man using a walker in July 2024.
After pleading guilty to misdemeanor battery, the judge suspended 135 days of the sentence. The incident occurred in a parking lot in Nampa, Idaho.
Judge Matthew B. Schelstrate ruled that Hector David Jr. must maintain good behaviour or face additional jail time beyond the 45 days already imposed.
The actor was also ordered to complete 100 hours of community service and serve two years of supervised probation.
The charges stemmed from a July 2024 altercation with an elderly man over a parking spot in Nampa, Idaho
David escalated the confrontation by shoving the elderly man to the ground and fleeing the scene in his truck.
Law enforcement later issued an arrest warrant, and he was charged with battery.
