Famous Afrobeat musician Davido has responded to his father, Adedeji Adeleke’s, N1 billion donation to a church.
According to report, Adedeji Adeleke made the donation to the Centenary Endowment Fund of the Cherubim and Seraphim (C&S) Church on Sunday.
The contribution was made in memory of his late wife, Esther Adeleke, during her remembrance service at the church’s headquarters in Lagos.
Responding to the viral video of the event in Tunde Ednut’s comment section, Davido shared that his father has a strong passion for donating to the church and education.
He commented, “When it comes to church or education, rest assured, you’re in for a big win.”
Additionally, on his Instagram story, the singer expressed, “My dear father inspires me every day! I truly love this man.”
