Singer Augustine Amedu Obiabo, popularly known as Blackface, has urged for a reunion of Plantashun Boiz, the now-defunct music group that included 2Face, Faze, and himself.
The ‘Hard Life’ singer recently took to his Instagram page to appeal to his former bandmates for a reunion, emphasizing the power of unity.
Blackface encouraged fans to persuade 2Baba and Faze to respond to his call for unity.
He wrote, “Plantashun Boiz, the question now is whether to reunite or not, and why @fazealone @official2baba.
“My people, oya make una talk put mouth for this matter! We are on a mission for world peace and it’s not a small thing!
Unity brings strength, not division. Let’s do this, champs.”
Plantashun Boiz split in 2004 following the release of their second album, ‘Sold Out’.
They reunited in 2007 for a third and final album, ‘Plan B’, before splitting up again.
