A well-known Nollywood actor Browny Igboegwu has openly criticized his colleagues in the film industry.
Expressing his disappointment, Igboegwu condemned the negativity and hypocrisy he sees among them.
In a post on his Instagram page today, he lamented what he described as “fake love” in Nollywood.
He warned, however, that he would keep his distance from any colleagues he identifies as backstabbers going forward.
“Let’s ease up on the fake love in Nollywood. One moment, you’re speaking horribly about a colleague, and the next, you’re posting and celebrating that same person,” he said.
“This is blatant hypocrisy. Be sincere in your intentions toward others. Reject fake love; it’s worse than poison. If you can’t say anything positive about someone, then please keep quiet.
