Controversial American rapper 50 Cent has spoken out regarding the sex trafficking and rape allegations leveled against fellow musician Sean “Diddy” Combs.
This development follows a new wave of sexual assault lawsuits, including accusations that Diddy raped a 13-year-old girl.
According to the report, federal agents arrested Diddy at a Manhattan hotel after a grand jury indicted him on multiple charges of sexual assault and rape.
In an exclusive interview with People, 50 Cent explained, “It might look like I’m doing something extreme, but I’m not. I’ve been saying the same things for the past decade.”
He acknowledged that Diddy’s issues are now gaining more attention in the media, but clarified that he distanced himself from such behavior because it doesn’t align with his values.
The feud between the duo began in the 1990s when 50 Cent didn’t regard Diddy as a friend.
In 2006, 50 Cent released a diss track titled ‘The Bomb,’ in which he alleged Diddy’s involvement in the 1997 murder of Biggie Smalls.
