Indigenous rapper Chibuzor Azubike Nelson, widely known as Phyno, has firmly warned fans against comparing him with fellow rapper Olamide or any other rapper.
For years, Phyno, who primarily raps in Igbo, has been repeatedly compared by some fans to his frequent collaborator, Olamide, who predominantly raps in Yoruba.
On Friday, an X user with the handle @TheDamiForeign reignited the comparison between the two rappers by posting: “When it comes to rap, who’s the GOAT? Phyno versus Olamide.”
In response to the post, Phyno fumed: “Yo!!! Tf is wrong with u guys for God sake.. stop putting me up against my brother or anybody else for that matter. Do your banter with someone else.. na ala adi agba unu.. wtf”
