The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has responded to Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) governors who are backing Rivers State Governor Siminalayi Fubara.
Wike stated that the governors must be delusional if they fail to acknowledge that he is more powerful than all of them combined.
Adamawa State Governor Umaru Fintiri, Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde, and other members of the former G5 attended a grand reception in Port Harcourt on Saturday to honor Nyesom Wike, hosted by the Rivers Ijaw Peoples Congress.
During his speech at the event, Wike stated, “Don’t believe they are fighting me; they are not. I’m to big .”
If you fail to acknowledge someone who is more powerful than you, then there’s something wrong with you. I am much, much bigger than all of them combined,” Wike remarked.
He added, “No one should be intimidated by threats; those threats are meaningless. Soon enough, we will see who truly matters.
“I said nobo will take over the structure of the party. You can have all the money; if it didn’t dey, it didn’t dey.”
