Famous Hollywood actor James Earl Jones has passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, September 9, 2024, at the age of 93.
Jones gained widespread recognition for voicing the iconic Star Wars villain Darth Vader, as well as for providing the voice of Mufasa in Disney’s 1994 film, The Lion King.
He appeared in numerous films, such as Field of Dreams, Conan the Barbarian, The Lion King, Coming to America, and The Greatest.
The iconic actor, born in Mississippi in January 1931, is survived by his son, Flynn Earl Jones.
A few years ago, he openly discussed his lengthy struggle with type 2 diabetes.
