Nollywood actress Jumoke George has advised Nigerian women to avoid Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL) surgery.
In an Instagram post, Jumoke cautioned that women are putting their lives at unnecessary risk.
It was reported that the Lagos State Police Command arrested a medical doctor, Idara Bassey, on Thursday in connection with the death of a 36-year-old woman named Abiola during a butt enlargement surgery.
In response to the incident, Jumoke questioned whether women who undergo BBL are suggesting that God made a mistake in creating them.
She stated, “Women, what is the source of our issues? If I say I understand, I would be lying. The scripture teaches that every creature is made in the image of God the Most High.”
“Ladies listening to me, whose image do you believe you were created in? Are you implying that God doesn’t know what He’s doing? God is perfect. So, what are we searching for? While God grants some long life, they intentionally cut their lives short.”
