Well-known Nollywood actor, Aremu Afolayan has shared his regret over not participating in internet fraud, commonly referred to as ‘Yahoo Yahoo’ in Nigeria.
Aremu made this statement in a viral Instagram post, where he expressed frustration, noting that operating a legitimate business in Nigeria today seems pointless.
Speaking in pidgin English, the Actor regrets not getting involved in ‘Yahoo Yahoo’.
“All of the days wey dem dey talk about yahoo yahoo, na today I regret pass say I no do am. Legitimate hustling never felt super useless #aremuafolayan.”
His post followed the recent increase in NNPCL’s fuel price from N617 to N897, amidst Nigeria’s ongoing economic challenges.
