Widely known music executive Paulo Okoye has asserted that Kizz Daniel is the only Nigerian artist capable of rivaling Grammy-winning singer Burna Boy.
In a conversation with broadcaster Ifedayo Olarinde, also known as Daddy Freeze, Paulo expressed that while Burna Boy is currently “unmatched” in the Nigerian music scene, Kizz Daniel could challenge him if he focuses on self-improvement.
Despite the frequent comparisons between Burna Boy, Davido, and Wizkid, the show promoter emphasized that Kizz Daniel is the only artist who could potentially rival Burna Boy.
“Kizz Daniel is the only one I believe can challenge Burna Boy if he gets his act together. I worked with him two years ago, and I know how much he earns. From my end alone, Kizz Daniel made at least $7.5 million. I’m not even sure how much he earns from other sources,” he said.
Paulo also asserted that Burna Boy is the wealthiest Nigerian artist by far, claiming that he earned between $70 million and $80 million just last year.
